• Rebuilds the skin barrier - Stearic acid in Mahua is structurally identical to the lipid mortar in your skin barrier. It doesn't just moisturise the surface it literally rebuilds what hard water stripped away.
• Nourishes from within - Oleic acid (46% of Mahua's profile) penetrates deep into the stratum corneum not just the surface layer. By the time Nam has fully absorbed, it is working at the level where moisture is actually held or lost.

1. Shower with warm not hot water. Hot water accelerates barrier damage. Warm water cleanses without stripping.
2. Pat dry, leave skin slightly dampDo not rub dry. Pat gently. The slight dampness helps Nam spread more evenly and creates a layer for hyaluronic acid to draw from.
3. Scoop a small amount. Press - don't rub. Take a pea-sized amount for each body area. Press Nam into your skin rather than rubbing. You'll feel the melt - the butter warming and absorbing. That transformation is the product working.
4. Give it 90 seconds. Nam absorbs fully in about 90 seconds. Don't rush to dress. This is the ritual moment - the 90 seconds that are entirely for your skin.
5. Use daily - morning or night, your choice. Barrier repair is cumulative.

The first use you'll feel the softness. By day 7 you'll notice the tight-after-shower feeling fading. By day 14 your skin will start to feel like it used to.

For cracked heels - Apply a generous layer to heels at night. Cover with cotton socks and leave overnight. The occlusion accelerates the repair significantly. Most users see improvement within 3 nights.

For very dry skin - Apply twice daily for the first two weeks - once post-shower, once before bed. Reduce to once daily once the barrier has rebuilt. Your skin will tell you when it needs less.

How much to use - Less than you think. Nam is concentrated - a 200 ml jar lasts 60-90 days with daily use for the full body. If it feels heavy, you're using too much.

Storage - Store below 30°C. If the butter melts in summer, move it to a cool cupboard. Resolidification doesn't affect efficacy. Do not refrigerate.
